Trent Kieback General Manager
General Manager Trent Kieback joined Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) in November 2023 after building a strong foundation in hospitality leadership across respected Columbus dining and service organizations. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications, he began his hospitality career as a valet attendant before transitioning into restaurant leadership in 2021. In November 2023, Trent started as the dining room manager for The Avenue Dublin and moved up the ranks to his current position in December 2025.
Trent was drawn to the restaurant and hospitality industry by a genuine passion for taking care of people and creating spaces where guests can relax, connect and celebrate. He brings a calm, steady leadership style shaped by years navigating the fast pace and unpredictability of restaurants.
His greatest professional lesson is to stay grounded when things get chaotic, which comes into play when supporting both his team and his guests.
In the general manager role at The Avenue Grandview, Trent is most excited about fostering an environment where associates can grow to their fullest potential. His goal is to empower his team with the tools, support and confidence they need to create exceptional, memorable dining experiences every day.
Originally from West Chester, Ohio, Trent now resides in Grove City. He is an avid golfer and sports fan, supporting the Cincinnati Reds, Columbus Blue Jackets and Columbus Crew. He also enjoys attending concerts and music festivals. His favorite CMR dish is the Steak Frites at The Avenue.
Jenn Hanscel Moreno Executive Chef
Executive Chef Jenn Hanscel Moreno brings more than two decades of culinary experience to The Avenue Steak Tavern in Grandview, with a passion for cooking that began in her family’s kitchen in Marysville, Ohio. Inspired by her mom and aunt, she developed an early appreciation for the joy food can bring to others.
Jenn began her culinary career in 1999 at a local pizzeria before working at The Refectory. She joined Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in 2012, starting at M at Miranova and later gained experience across several concepts including Cap City, Hudson 29, Cento and both Avenue Steak Tavern locations. She now leads the Grandview location as Executive Chef.
Hanscel Moreno has two associate degrees, one in Culinary Arts from Columbus State Community College and another in Fine Pastries from the French Pastry School of Chicago. She values hospitality for its ability to create meaningful experiences and believes the most rewarding part of the industry is knowing that a guest leaves your restaurant full and happy. She also values the people she has met throughout her career, having built lifelong friendships and memories along the way, and believes patience and strong relationships are essential, crediting much of her success to the team members she has worked alongside.
Jenn resides in Dublin, Ohio with her husband Jon, and two kids Elaina and Ethan. Outside of work, she enjoys going on adventures with her family and cooking authentic Mexican dishes. Her favorite CMR menu items include the Octopus Carpaccio from Cento and the Brie Grilled Cheese from The Pearl.
